Play at Work (PAW) Program

The Latino Theater Company’s Play at Work (PAW) program is a free after-school experience for students interested in college and career pathways into the field of theatre. The Play at Work (PAW) program is open to Los Angeles high school teens and young adults.

Explore careers in technical theatre (carpentry, lights, sound, etc) and theatre operations. As a part of the PAW program, participants will develop theatre production and operational skills by job shadowing theatre professionals and attending workshops.

Play at Work (PAW) Participants are required to attend the following:

  • Initial Applicant Interview, with a parent or guardian if under the age of 18, on dates beginning with and ongoing from March 1st
    through March 15th. Times to be determined.
  • Six weeks of programming. All sessions are held on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:30PM-7:00PM. No program
    will be held during Spring Recess (Week of April 10th)

Week 4: April 19, 20, and 21
Week 5: April 26, 27, 28
Week 6: Week of May 1 (days flexible based on production)
