WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We strongly encourage you to arrive at least an hour prior to curtain. This will provide you with plenty of time to park your vehicle and pick up your tickets without feeling rushed. If you find yourself with more time, you may visit our concessions for a drink and small snack.
We try our best to begin all performances on time. Unfortunately, some performances have no late seating. If you have to leave a show before its end, please do so between program pauses or intermission.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL PERFORMANCE?
There is no typical performance length. Shows can last between an hour and two and a half hours. You can always call us at 213-489-0994 for an estimated length.

However, allowance of personal items and baggage into the auditorium space is at the sole discretion of House Management.

Photographs may not be taken during the performance. You may take photographs of the actors at the end of their performance during bows. Please feel free to share your photos on social media. Following the performance actors often congregate in the Grand Lobby to take pictures and talk to members of the audience.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Most shows are appropriate for children 13 years and older. Every child is different. Please use your own discretion when bringing children to the theater. Feel free to inquire with our box office about the age appropriateness of a particular show.

WHY DOES THE LOS ANGELES THEATRE CENTER CHARGE A FACILITY FEE?
Historic performing arts centers often charge a fee for the on-going maintenance of their historic facility. Our $2.00 per ticket fixed fee is used for the continual improvement and upkeep of the historic Los Angeles Theater Center. The facility fee is never discounted. Promotional and discount codes will apply only to your base ticket price set in the Ticket Setup form, and $2.00 will be added to this discounted rate to form the final discounted price. For more information about the mission of the Los Angeles Theatre Center please visit our About the Los Angeles Theater Center at www.thelatc.org.

CAN I REFUND MY TICKETS IF I’M NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE?
The Los Angeles Theatre Center does not accept refunds for performance tickets. If you are unable to use your tickets for a performance, we will gratefully accept them as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets may only be donated for shows presented and produced by the Latino Theater Company in the Los Angeles Theatre Center.
